At Ana Tomy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
